Journal
Set your morning intention, plan your top 3 tasks, and pick a bonus task. Reflect in the evening and note what you're grateful for. Review the month and set new goals.

Journaling in PROG is split into three rhythms that build on each other: morning, evening, and once a month. That builds a connected picture of your progress instead of loose, disconnected entries.
Morning: set your intention
You write down what's on your mind, plan your top 3 tasks for the day, and pick a bonus task from eight categories — reflection, goal setting, learning, gratitude, focus, movement, rest, or discipline. You start the day with direction instead of drifting into it.
Evening: reflection and gratitude
In the evening you reflect on how the day went, note what you're grateful for, and see whether you kept up with your daily habits.
Monthly: review and new goals
Once a month you look back, set new goals for the month ahead, and pick a new habit you want to build.
Research shows 76% of journaling users report less stress and more clarity (Pennebaker & Smyth, 2016).
